“One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.” Psalm 27:4
Merciful Father, we come into Your presence now by the grace of our Savior and intercede with you on behalf of our spiritual brothers Amari and Elias, who labor with their teams in Antalya and Diyarbakir, Turkey. Thank You, Lord, for raising up these young leaders and for sending them out with teams that have committed to declaring Your glory among the nations. Calm their hearts today, and grant them the peace that can only come through time with You. We lift their needs and pray over them the truths of Psalm 27:4: “One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.” Surely, there are young men in and around Antalya and Diyarbakir who long to show their allegiance to You. Show them the way through the demonstration of Your Power and revelation of Your heavenly armies. Guide Amari, Elias and their teams so that they meet those who are searching after You. In Jesus’ name, Amen. |

Antalya is a city and Mediterranean Seaport in southwestern Turkey. With a warm subtropical climate and an abundance of ancient sites nearby, Antalya is a top tourist destination.
Turkey is a land of great Biblical significance, as approximately 60% of the places mentioned in the Bible are in the nation.
Despite Turkey’s history in the Way of God, the nation has more mosques than any other country, and the Turks remain one of the largest frontier people groups. As Turkey is a bridge between Europe and the Middle East, Western progressivism has also strongly influenced the nation.
These factors make Turkey a prominent harvest field. Let it be said once again that “all who lived in Asia (Turkey) heard the word of the Lord”. Diyarbakir is a city in southeastern Turkey that lies on the bank of the Tigris River. A large segment of the population is Kurdish.
