“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24
Gracious Father, we unite our prayer, asking for Your protection and provision to surround Reem and her team in Mogadishu, Somalia. There are many in this city who are discouraged and lack hope, but others who are misguided with religious zeal. Reveal Yourself we pray according to John 4:23-24: “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and truth.” We ask that radicalized youth have dreams and visions of Your Kingship tonight. And that they would humble themselves into Your service. We ask for a Jesus revolution to begin in Mogadishu, Somalia. In Jesus’ name, Amen. |

Mogadishu, capital city and a major port of Somalia, is the largest metropolitan area in Somalia located just north of the Equator on the Indian Ocean. 40 years of civil war and clan skirmishes have wreaked havoc on the nation and further weakened tribal relationships, keeping the people of Somalia divided.
For decades, Mogadishu has been a refuge for Islamic militants who target Jesus followers in Somalia and surrounding nations.
Despite their claim to having a central government, most identify Somalia as a failed state. In the face of great challenges such as these, the Somali church is growing and sharing their faith with boldness to their fellow countrymen.
One Miracle Night is an annual, one-day event that unites Christians around the world to pray for 1.8 billion Muslims to encounter Jesus Christ. Focused on 24 unreached megacities, One Miracle Night is a live, 24-hour prayer event, and takes place on Thursday, March 27th 2025, starting at 9am EST.
One evening during Ramadan, the month of holy fasting, as many as 1 billion devout seekers pray for a fresh revelation from God. Tradition holds that on this one night – the Night of Power – God reveals himself to the faithful through miracles, signs and wonders.
