āThe prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well.ā James 5:15
Anchor of Our Souls, You stay steady when everything around us falls apart. We lift up Hammad today and pray for Your healing over his body and the healing of the surgery required to mend his arm after he lost his hand in the Gaza/Israel War. Meet him today with your strong power and kindness. You see the wounds in his body, the sorrow in his heart. Your Word records in James 5:15, āThe prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well.ā So we pray in faith for Hammad now. Heal the broken places in his body and soul. Lift his head and fill him with strength to stand, not in his own power, but in Yours. Let others find Jesus through his story, and may his life be anchored in the hope that only You give. In Jesusā Name, Amen. |

Jerusalem, a holy site of pilgrimage for the three Abrahamic faiths of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, is a hotbed for religious and ethnic conflict, as well as geopolitical positioning. Jews are seen pressing up against the wailing wall in anticipation of the coming Messiah who will rebuild the temple, while Muslims visit the site where they believe Muhammed ascended to heaven and was given requirements for prayer and pilgrimage.
Simultaneously, Christians are found touring the sites of Jesusā life, death, and resurrection. There is much that attracts in Jerusalem, and despite an average of over 3 million tourists visiting the city yearly, the region has struggled to attain peace due to deep cultural and political rifts that has divided Israel from their neighboring countries.
Add rich diversity and 39 languages to the mix and the stage is officially set for a movement of God that will not only heal and transform the city, but turn the region on its head.
Use these resources to help pray specifically each day.
