Mighty God, minister to Avi today. Thank You for building Your church through him. We ask that You strengthen the work in Kiryat Yam, Israel. Encourage every father and mother and all the children to pray for peace and to seek You for courage in this hour.
According to Your word in Acts 1:8, “we pray that the entire church would ‘receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on [them]… so that they can be a witness for you in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Psalm 66:4 declares: “Everything on earth will worship you; they will sing your praises, shouting your name in glorious songs.”

| God, the earth sings of Your Praise. We join with James today and his house church of former Muslims living near Mombassa, Kenya. For years, they have asked you for the means to meet the practical and physical needs of those around them and those in neighboring countries. Now, through a series of events that can only be described as miraculous, you have heard their prayer! Psalm 66:4 declares: “Everything on earth will worship you; they will sing your praises, shouting your name in glorious songs,” and our hearts are filled with opportunity to unite in prayer with this house church for open doors of ministry, open hearts to receive food and care, open homes to receive the Good News and new churches to be multiplied through the praise of Your Name! In Jesus’ Name, Amen. |

Kenya is a country in East Africa with renowned landscapes and sprawling wildlife preserves. The nation’s Indian Ocean coastline has provided essential ports by which goods from Arabian and Asian traders have entered the continent for many centuries.
Along that coast, which holds some of the finest beaches in Africa, are predominantly Muslim Swahili cities. One of them is Mombasa, a historic center that has contributed much to the musical and culinary heritage of the country. The city’s old town has been formed by Middle Eastern culture, with narrow streets, high houses with carved ornamental balconies, and many mosques.
Arab traders have influenced Mombasa in such a way that 70% of the city’s inhabitants identify as Muslims-a stark contrast to the country’s Christian majority. With many unreached people groups in the metropolis, Mombasa is a ripe harvest field for the Kenyan church.
