“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people.”
1 Timothy 2:1
Eternal King, we come to You today on behalf of Suzan, the young movement leader whose house church leaders are growing in Ankara, Turkey, and in the regions around this great city. We join with her teams as they lift up the names of people you have brought them according to 1 Timothy 2:1: “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people.” Give them the patience to pray diligently, by name, for these new friends, and then wait for Your glory to fall on them as they seek You. Impart to Suzan the gift of patience as she instructs her team to wait on Your revelation. Then open the hearts of many to seek after You and to hunger for Your gifts of life, peace, and forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, Amen. |

Turkey is a land of great Biblical significance, as approximately 60% of the places mentioned in the Bible are in the nation. Despite Turkey’s history in the Way of God, the nation has more mosques than any other country, and the Turks remain one of the largest frontier people groups.
As Turkey is a bridge between Europe and the Middle East, Western progressivism has also strongly influenced the nation. These factors make Turkey a prominent harvest field.
Let it be said once again that “all who lived in Asia (Turkey) heard the word of the Lord”. Ankara is the nation’s capital. Situated east of Istanbul in central Turkey, Ankara is an important crossroads for enterprise and trade.
