Day 8: Karaj, Shiraz, & Kermanshah IRAN
“Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” Psalm 95:6
Prayer for Movement Team:
| Merciful God, we lift Maryam and Noor and their families to You. Earlier this year, these two precious widows lost their husbands, as they were among the six men who were martyred for their faith. We ask that the Jesus Followers in and around the cities of Karaj, Shiraz, and Kermanshah, Iran, comfort them. As she gathers today with the other five widows and their children, be their hope. For all the questions she and the others have, help them to turn their sorrow into worship according to Psalm 95:6: “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” We worship you, Eternal Lord and our hearts grieve with them. May they find grace and love only available from You. In Jesus’ name, Amen. |
