Mighty King, we come on behalf of Joel and Evan today, two men with a burden to build a youth movement and care for foster children in Israel. Open our eyes to see beyond the news so that our hearts can be filled with insight as we pray for these men to lead courageously.
We speak the words of Ephesians 6:19 over Joel, Evan, and every young man and woman in Jerusalem, and the entire nation of Israel. “Pray also for [them] that whenever [they] speak, words may be given to [them] so that [they] will fearlessly make known the mystery of the Gospel.” Do it, Lord! Speak through them, and open the ears of everyone listening so that the refreshing love of Your forgiveness will change lives. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Lord of the Nations, Today, we praise You for the work You are doing through Elias in Esfahan, Iran. It is a testimony of Your grace that Elias was saved from a life of religion and works and brought into Your Kingdom. Thank You for opening the hallways of business for Elias, expanding his network of influence, and giving him the honor of sharing Your mercy and forgiveness. We join with Elias declaring the words of Psalm 104:1: “Let all that I am praise the Lord. O Lord my God, how great you are! You are robed with honor and majesty.” Now, we pray that You establish the work of his hands and multiply the work of Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. |

Following a botched 2015 nuclear deal with the U.S., firm sanctions on Iran have weakened their economy and further tainted the public opinion of the only Islamic Theocracy in the world.
As the access to basic necessities and governmental planning worsens, the people of Iran are further disillusioned with the Islamic utopia the government promised. These are just a few of the many factors that are contributing to Iran hosting the fastest-growing church in the world.
Isfahan is the capital of the Isfahan province and a major city in western Iran. In addition to being an important regional industrial center, the city is one of the most significant architectural centers in the Islamic world.
