“They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.” Acts 4:31
Holy Father, You are holy, full of power, and worthy of all our worship. We thank You for lighting a fire in the heart of Khalfan and his team as they serve young people in Muscat, Oman, and we ask You to make that flame grow even stronger today. Let their prayers rise like incense, and let their words carry the power and truth of Your name. Be their covering when things are unclear, their joy when things are hard, and their strength when they feel weak. As it is written in Acts 4:31, “They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.” Fill Khalfan and his team with that same boldness to speak about Jesus everywhere You send them. Let worship grow in unexpected places, from city centers to quiet homes. Multiply their obedience and raise up young people in Oman who are bold because they have met the Living God. May this fire spread to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the southern coasts of Iran. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. |

Muscat, the capital of Oman, is located on the Gulf of Oman coast. The country’s interior is a sandy, treeless, waterless desert, while the coast remains the center for culture and trade.
Oman was originally named “Muscat and Oman”, due to capital’s weight in steering the nation’s well-being. In recent years, the Omani government has intensified its monitoring of Jesus followers and their activities. Due to the Sultan’s edict, Omani Jesus followers have faced harsh persecution.
Nevertheless, as the country was renowned in ancient times for its metalworking and frankincense, Omani followers will continue in this legacy as they stand firm, sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron, and bring a fragrant offering to the King of Kings.
