Field Team Daily Prayer Request:

God of All Comfort, thank You for Hassan near Rasht, Iran, and for those he leads in prayer. Thank You for teaching them to come before You in quiet trust. According to Psalm 4:8, You alone make us dwell in safety and peace, so we ask that You give Hassan that peace as he carries the burdens of others.

Let the people he leads become full of faith in prayer, and guard them from anxiety and from fatigue. Teach them to wait on You and remain steady in intercession. Let their prayers cover families, churches, workers, and those who are most vulnerable. Give Hassan wisdom to lead without striving so he can rest in Your timing. Build unity among those who pray with him and form them into watchmen whose love does not grow cold. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Today: JERUSALEM, Israel

I live in Jerusalem, a city unlike any other — sacred, ancient, and contested. The air here feels thick with history, faith, and longing. Every day I see Jews pressed against the Western Wall, praying for the Messiah to come and restore Israel. Not far away, Muslims gather at the Dome of the Rock, reverently remembering the prophet’s ascent to heaven. And scattered among them, Christians walk the cobblestone streets, tracing the steps of Jesus through the places of His life, death, and resurrection.

Jerusalem draws millions each year — pilgrims, tourists, and dreamers — yet beneath the beauty and devotion, tension runs deep. Political borders, religious divides, and generations of pain have left scars that no peace treaty has yet healed. The city bears the weight of humanity’s longing for reconciliation, yet it also holds the promise of God’s redemption.

Here, amidst the sounds of prayer in Hebrew, Arabic, and dozens of other tongues, I believe the stage is being set for something divine. God is not finished with Jerusalem. In this city of conflict and calling, I see glimpses of His Spirit moving — reconciling hearts, bridging divides, and drawing people from every nation to the cross. The day will come when the cries of division will be replaced with songs of worship, and the New Jerusalem will shine in all her glory.

• Pray for Jews, Muslims, and Christians in the city to encounter the Messiah and find unity in Him alone. (Ephesians 2:14–16)
