For the month of June, we will pray from the Lord’s Prayer together as we intercede for Jesus Followers laboring in 110 of the least-reached cities of the unreached world.
Day 5 — Holy Is Your Name
Holy God, today we intercede for “Silas” in Jakarta, Indonesia.
He labors among people where Your name is not fully honored. Establish in him a life that reflects reverence for who You are. Let his words, his actions, and his decisions align with Your holiness. Form in him a pattern of obedience that others can see and follow, so that those around him begin to recognize Your name as set apart. Let his work result in disciples who also live in reverence, and let this extend into communities that reflect Your holiness in how they live.
According to Isaiah 6:3, “And one cried to another and said: ‘Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory!’” Holy God, Your name is set apart above all. I honor You and approach You with reverence. Set apart Silas’s thoughts, his words, and his life. Let him not treat lightly what is holy, but align himself with who You are. Establish in him a clear recognition of Your holiness so that his life reflects what is true about You.
Holy God, Your name is set apart above all. Align Silas under Your authority. Remove every form of religious familiarity that diminishes reverence. Establish in those he mentors an alignment with Your holiness, and let their lives function in a way that reflects who You are as You carry out Your purposes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
110 City Focus for June is Turkey and Saudi Arabia
Today: ANTALYA, Turkey
I walk the sun-drenched streets of Antalya, where the sea meets the mountains and history breathes through every stone. The cliffs rise above the turquoise Mediterranean, and fishing boats drift peacefully in the harbor. Tourists fill the beaches and markets, capturing snapshots of beauty — yet behind the postcard image, I see a city longing for something more.
Antalya has always been a crossroads of civilizations — Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman — each leaving their mark. Today, the city still carries that legacy of mixture: ancient faith and modern progress, wealth and struggle, beauty and brokenness. The earthquake reminded us how fragile life is; many families are still rebuilding, not just their homes but their hearts.
Walking through the bazaars, I hear Turkish, Arabic, Kurdish, and many other languages. Refugees, workers, students, and travelers mingle in this gateway city between Europe and the Middle East. Antalya is full of opportunity — young people searching for purpose, families yearning for stability, and a people shaped by centuries of Islamic tradition yet quietly hungry for truth.
I believe God sees this city not only for its beauty, but for its harvest. Antalya is more than a destination; it’s a field ready for transformation. I pray that Jesus’ love will reach every neighborhood, every marketplace, and every heart — until this city, known for its sea and sun, shines with the light of His glory.
