Righteous King, we praise You for the work You are doing through “Mersana” and the women she leads every week in intercession from Tehran. They are lifting their voices to You, asking for the burden of oppression and darkness to be lifted and for joy to come to their communities.
According to Daniel 10:12, we know that “from the first day [our] words were heard.” We ask You to send out Your warring angels and defeat the dominion of darkness and the terror by night. Bring Your hope and love through our Savior. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Sometimes I walk through the streets of my city and wonder—how many of these faces have ever heard the true story of Jesus? Will you pray with me that God would soften hearts all across Iran in the 69 million Frontier peoples, removing the blindness that keeps people from seeing Him? “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you… and I will put my Spirit in you.” (Ezekiel 36:26–27)
For many of us, the hardest part is speaking out. We love Jesus deeply, but the cost of sharing Him can be so high. Please pray that we will speak with courage and love, unable to keep silent about what He’s done for us. Pray that we would go and talk to new people and places as the Spirit leads until all have heard about Jesus. “We cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:20)
When we gather as churches, we do it quietly—in homes, basements, even in the back rooms of small shops. We know we could be discovered at any time. Pray that the Lord Himself will be our hiding place, protecting our meetings and filling them with unity and joy. “You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.” (Psalm 32:7)
Many of my friends have come to know Jesus through dreams and visions—sometimes in vivid detail that leaves no doubt it was Him. Will you pray for even more of these supernatural encounters, that they would lead many to salvation? “In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit… your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” (Acts 2:17)
And finally, please pray for those who lead our nation. Even those who do not yet know Christ are not beyond His reach. Pray that God will turn their hearts toward Jesus and His justice, peace, and leadership. “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will.” (Proverbs 21:1)
