We praise You, Father, that You have called “Elias” to be Your messenger, a church planting movement leader in Djibouti, East Africa. Before the foundations of the world, You had written out every day of his life. And we ask that “Elias” be found faithful in his work today as he commissions new leaders into the harvest.
According to Acts 4:12, there is salvation found in no one else but Your Son Jesus. Speak to “Elias” and his teams today, giving them great boldness and the anointing of Your Holy Spirit. May they have eyes to see and ears to hear the truth of Your supernatural wisdom as You open the hearts of people around them to receive forgiveness in Jesus. In His Name we pray, Amen.

I live in Djibouti City, the capital of a small but strategic nation on the Horn of Africa. Our country is a crossroads between Africa and the Middle East, surrounded by nations torn by war and hardship. Though small in size, Djibouti stands in a place of influence — a bridge between continents, a harbor for trade, and a gateway for people and ideas moving across the region.
The land itself is rugged and extreme — arid deserts in the south and green mountains in the north — a reflection of the spiritual climate of our nation. Life here can be harsh, but beauty breaks through in the resilience of our people. The Somali, Afar, Omani, and Yemeni communities make up much of our population — all deeply rooted in Islam and all still unreached with the Gospel.
Though the Church here is small, it stands in a place of incredible potential. Djibouti is more stable and accessible than many of its neighbors, offering a rare opening for the Good News to reach both East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. I believe this nation — once known for its deserts and its port — will one day be known as a launching point for living water, sending the hope of Jesus into lands long considered unreachable.
