The national capital, Bamako, is rapidly expanding due to increased migration from depressed rural areas. |
| The metropolis has a large market, botanical and zoological gardens, an active artisan community, and several research institutes. As Bamako is quickly becoming a watering hole for the nation, an opportunity presents itself for the church in Mali to give its neighbors a drink from the Well that truly satisfies. |
