CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART, O GOD, AND RENEW A STEADFAST SPIRIT WITHIN ME. DO NOT CAST ME AWAY FROM YOUR PRESENCE, AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR HOLY SPIRIT FROM ME. (Psalm 51:10-11).

BAGHDAD (IRAQ)

Personal revival

Pray for the refining fire of the Holy Spirit to refine and renew your mind. Ask for a greater awareness of the presence and holiness of God. In Christ, we have victory over the destructive power of sin. Choose to walk in that victory.

Revival in the Church

Ask for Christians not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of their minds, with a desire to do the will of God (Romans 12:2). Pray for Christians to humble themselves before God, and to turn from every sin hindering their relationship with Him.

Pray for your city

Ask the Lord for unity to be established between churches, church leaders and community leaders as they join to pray together for revival in your city. Pray for the establishment of prayer groups among church leaders across the city.

Pray for an Unreached city in the Middle East: Baghdad (Iraq)

Pray for people in Baghdad (Iraq) to receive the compassion, mercy and kindness of Jesus, our High Priest, through the aid of the Body of Christ. Ask God to open their understanding to know the power of His forgiveness and grace, and to open their hearts to the infinite love and tenderness of Jesus Christ, their Saviour.

Prayer for Israel

Pray for the convicting and refining work of the Holy Spirit to purify, cleanse, and transform every Jewish believer into the likeness of Jesus. Pray for their minds to be renewed, and the fruit of the Holy Spirit, the very character of Christ formed in them (Romans 12:1-2).

Simple prayer

Holy Spirit, create in me a clean heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me (Psalm 51:10).
